What we collect
When you contact us via the contact form, we ask you for:
- Your name, so we know who we're talking to
- Your email address, to get in touch with you
- Your IP address, automatically logged by our web server
- Your message, the information you send us about your delivery request
Why we collect this
We collect this data for one purpose: to get in touch with you quickly and properly about your delivery request. Your IP address is logged for security reasons, so we can prevent abuse.
Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the following legal bases under the GDPR:
- Performance of or preparation for a contract (art. 6(1)(b)), when you submit a request or delivery enquiry to us.
- Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)), for logging your IP address against abuse and for anonymised visitor statistics.
How long we keep your data
We keep your contact details for up to 90 days after the conversation ends. After that we delete them permanently. For an ongoing partnership we keep data longer, but only with your consent.
Cookies
We use no cookies. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, nothing left on your device.
Visitor statistics and external services
To see how many people visit the site we use a self-hosted visitor counter of our own (Hozt Analytics, on our own server). It counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across different websites. We also use:
- No Google Analytics
- No Facebook Pixel or ad networks
- No external fonts, our fonts are on our own server
- No sale or transfer of your data to third parties
Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- Access your data
- Have your data deleted
- Transfer your data to another party
- Withdraw your consent
