1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations and agreements between immediately.nl and clients. By using our services you agree to these terms.

2. Services

immediately.nl provides courier services throughout the Netherlands. This includes collecting and delivering parcels, documents and other shipments. The specific terms are agreed per assignment.

3. Rates

Rates are set per assignment based on distance, type of shipment, urgency and any additional requirements. You receive a price estimate in advance. No costs are charged without prior agreement.

4. Cancellation

  • Cancellation before pickup: free of charge
  • Cancellation after pickup: the costs incurred are charged

Changes to the pickup or delivery address are possible but may lead to adjusted rates.

5. Liability

immediately.nl handles every shipment with the utmost care. Our liability is limited to:

  • Direct damage to the shipment demonstrably caused by us
  • At most the value of the shipment, with a maximum of €2,500 per assignment

We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or damage due to incorrect packaging by the client. For valuable shipments you can arrange liability terms and extra care during transport in advance.

6. Client obligations

The client ensures that:

  • The shipment is correctly packaged and ready for pickup
  • The addresses and contact details provided are correct
  • No prohibited or dangerous substances are submitted
  • The contents of the shipment are described correctly

7. Complaints

Complaints must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery via immediately@youno.org. We aim to resolve complaints within 10 working days.

8. Force majeure

In cases of force majeure (including extreme weather, traffic incidents or government measures) immediately.nl cannot be held liable for delay or for being unable to carry out the assignment.

9. Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms and all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
